SG300-10 cannot be reached through HTTP

I have 8 SG300 switches in various buildings. I have been able to regularly access the switches via HTTP from an external network. On occasion a switch that had been communicating well will stop responding to HTTP requests. It has happened to several three different switches so far. I can ping the switch and the switch is passing traffic fine, but I cannot log in to reconfigure the switch. Even if I connect directly to the switch through a computer on the network I still cannot talk via HTTP.
