small business switch 300 series and GLC-LH-SMD=

Hi Cisco Team,

I would like to use GLC-LH-SMD=  on small business switch 300 series (SRW2008-K9).

It can be found any error.

According to the SMB 300 Series switches datasheet, Support SFP are MFE Transceivers and MGE Transceivers.

So, we can use only these mini SFP  or can also use GLC-XX-XXX and other.

item MFEBX1 is already EOL/EOS and got replaced with MGBBX1, unfortunately this one too got EOL/EOS, the replacement is GLC series.

we just need the confirmation of which small business supports GLC series?

Hi Thet,

“GLC-LH-SMD” is compatible with the SG300 managed series switches. They share the same form-factor as the MGBLX1 mini GBICs.
