SRW2008 - any password allows access to admin account?
I have two SRW2008 switches that I am configuring for use. I changed the IP addresses and the admin passwords on both. I had to re-login after the IP addresses changed and the new passwords worked. I just found out that ANY password works for the admin account. Is this as designed? In order to protect the switch, do I have to create a new user and delete the admin account? Thanks...

Dave, the switch is not designed to operate like that. If you could make sure your up to the latest firmware or reflash the latest firmware/ reset the device and reload your configuration to the device.
