Is there a way to reset this back to factory defaults when you cannot login ?

I am using 38400 8-N-1 no flow control and I see nothing on the screen when I boot the switch. I have tried VT100, Ansi and Auto-Detect emulation still nothing. Any ideas??

Elton,

If you can't get into the switch with that pc, try another pc with the console port and see if your able to access the switch that way. 

You could test this by consoling into another device to verify the console cable is working properly and if it does, you should be able to get into the switch.

If your still having issues at that point, you can call the SBSC at 866-606-1866 for assistance.
