I have a project where I am am installing a Cisco ACS 5 appliance to do network based 802.1x authentication. The client doesn't want to integrate the ACS in Active Directory yet, so we are setting it up to do MAC authentication bypass to authenticate the clients with the ACS.
We have setup several 3750s and 3560s to do this without any issues. However, we cannot get the SRW2008p to work. I have searched the documentation and all I see is that the SRW supports 802.1x (MAB is a subset of this standard) and MAC filtering on the local switch.
Does anyone know if the SRW can support MAC Authentication Bypass?
