SRW2024 misreports port status

Hi,

I recently bought a SRW2024 for use in a small office environment.

In the web GUI setup summary page it reports ports g9 & g10 as up, when in fact they are down. The CLI shows the same status.

The LEDs are not lit for these two ports and there is nothing connected to the port

Is this a known bug?
