SRW248G4 cisco linksys switch upgrade firmware failed

Dear All

I have cisco Linksys Switch SRW248G4 BOOT software version 1.0.0.06 software version 1.0.0.59 BOOT Software Version 1.0.0.06 Built  23-May-2005  16:58:25

i tried to upgrade firmware to 1.2.3 that is available in cisco site but the firmware file not accepted it show error m,sg while switch boots

You've tried to reload the firmware using xmodem and that did not work.  If you cannot get the firmware to load regularly or with xmodem, you might have to call into the SBSC at 866-606-1866 and they will be able to troubleshoot with you or possibly set you up with an rma for the device.
