SRW248G4P management

I have a SRW248G4P switch.  I would like to manage this switch.  I am sure this switch is not at factory defaults.  I have connected a laptop to the console port and the switch does not respond.  My settings are correct.  How can I reset this switch back to factory defaults?

SRW248G4P management

Hello Joe,

Unfortunately, the only way to reset the switch is via GUI or the console access. If the console is not accessible, you can call the SBSC and check the warranty status of the switch.

Joe,

Did you check baud rate you were using? I'm drawing a blank and I'm away from the computer for a few days but maybe Tom can hop in - I think it's

38400,1,n,n.

Best,

David

Re: SRW248G4P management

Yes, I was at 38400,1,n,n.  The switch is out of warranty.  I will dispose of the switch.

Thanks for your response.
