Switch Model SG302-08MP

Hi all, I have bought a SF 302-08MP Switch, thinking that this works like a Switch 2960, ie, I want to configure VLANs and ports TRUNK.

But when I connect via console shows me a series of menus that do not allow me to configure the ports to VLAN, or create a port in TRUNK mode.

I can do this kind of configurations in this model of Switch.?? .

Please, Any idea about this little problem ..??

Hi flielguera, when you console and see only menu, this means the switch is on an old firmware 1.0.0.27. The CLI was introduced after the preliminary production release.

Please load the new firmware 1.3.5 software. This will require a boot code upgrade before loading the software.

To load the boot code, log in to the switch HTTP and you'll need to use TFTP.
