From my understanding wireless clients are unable to receive DHCP information from the firewall/router.. iam unsure what Vlans are for your wireless  clients. To make this work firewall/router would have to be aware of all subnets/vlans. Your uplink to the SG300(Interface=GE 1 ).  Is there another uplink (interface=19)to the same firewall/router or a different one? If its the same firewall then you could go only with uplink Interface=GE 1 and tag all vlans accordingly, Interface = GE 1  1U, 100T, 200T. Let me know if you have further questions on this .
