Trouble with SLM224G4S

I was reconfiguring this switch and taking LAG/LACP off of Gi1 and Gi2.   After I did this I am unable to hit the web interface.  I have also  tried connecting to the switch with a serial cable, with 38400 8 n 1 n,  and cannot bring up the console. Any suggestions on getting back into  some kind of configuration?
