We have two new SG300 managed switches. I've upgraded the firmware from the stock to 184.108.40.206 with no problem but when I go to upgrade to the newest firmware - 1.4.x I get the following error on both switches:
Files Transferred: 7011840 Status: Copy failed Error Message: Copy: SW code file is over sized
Any idea what is wrong? I can't find any option to delete older images. Thanks,
Yes, thanks to both of you for pointing me in the right direction. I missed the readme note that said you had to upgrade the bootloader to a higher version. Once I did that with tftp I was able to correct the problem. Thanks again.
