Cisco SPA525G phone not accepting new firmware upgrade
I have successfully downloaded and installed the upgraded firmware of 7.5.6 for the SPA525G2 phone via the web interface. Both the phone and the web interface tell me that the firmware installed correctly, but both are still displaying the old version (7.5.2). I have tried both the Bluetooth (BT) and non-BT firmware, but neither are working.
I have this problem too of upgrading the firmware of SPA525G2 from (7.5.2.) to (7.5.6). Since I am out of warranty, I was told by technical support to check this forum for answers. I have 2 SPA525G2 connected to a UC320W, I was told I could use the gateway (UC320W) to upgrade the SPA525G2s, but the question is how?
My UC320W has a 2.3.2(6) loaded. Please help anyone?
