im needing to back up our log files but nothing seems to be coming to the ftp server i set up.. what i currently have is ftp://XXX.XX.XX.X/it/log in the call account settings... this is all using the cca interface.. is there away for me to test it from the cca or from the cue?? im at a loss any help would be great ..
