AP541N - Missing channels 12 & 13?

I appreciate that in the 2.4GHz spectrum North America is restricted to channels 1 - 11, however for the non-FCC "N" version is there a reason why channels 12 & 13 are completely missing ... other than "we forgot to include them in the firmware"?

I honestly think that if this was a case of the ETSI firmware having issues that more people would have been saying something by now. This particular version has been available since Apr 2012.

Could you provide the serial number of the AP541N that you are using? Would you mind sending me a copy of your config file? My email can be found by mousing over my picture.
