Best way? You need to have a WLC
APs can be deployed in two ways
1. Centrally Managed(Using WLC)
-All APs only have one management plane, so even if you have 10, 20 or 100 APs. you only have one managment IP to go to
2. Standalone/Autonomous AP
-Each AP has its own configuration and management
-If you have 10 APs, then you have 10 devices to manage with its own management
In your setup, i do recommend using WLC. Management will really suck considering you have 10APs and deploying it in a hotel network
The best part is, WLC has Web Authentication w/c is commonly used in Hotel networks
The WLC serves as the username/password database of your hotel guest and they use that to login
You have two(2) choices in deploying a WLC
virtual WLC and a physical WLC appliance
I do recommended 2504 WLC for that will suite your needs
Virtual WLC does offer you a trial period, but you need to have a VMWare ESXi server to deploy it of course
