I have configured a WAP4410N Wireless AP on my company network. I have setup my MS Windows Server as a DHCP Server and i have given the WAP4410N an internal IP address within our range. When i try to browse the internet with a laptop,i can only do so if i use a static IP address like 192.168.1. whatever.
My problem is that i want to use DHCP. If i do not use values in the Network settings of my wireless laptop and select 'obtain automatically', i can connect to the WAP4410N and browse folders and files on the network, but i cannot get onto the internet or 'Ping' the outside world.
Within the WAP4410N configuration,i have entered DNS values but i still cannot browse the internet using DHCP.
Can anyone shed any light and tell me where i am going wrong???
