Cisco Aironet 1570 Series Outdoor Access Point

I need to know the draw in amps of the Cisco Aironet 1570 Series Outdoor Access Point. I am the electrical installer & must know draw in amps prior to designating circuitry for this item

Please advise,

Thank you,

You haven't given enough

You haven't given enough information to answer that question.

Are you using the the AC or DC supply option?  And in both cases, what would the supply voltage be?  Giving the country this would be installed in may also be pertinent.

Perhaps I can answer the question a different way.  The feed has to be UPOE compliant - which means at the device it has to be able to supply 60W.  So if you are running a long feed, add in the loss for that, and bingo.

Check the datasheet, im sure

Check the datasheet, im sure you are more concerned on the maximum draw Voltage/Current of the device (as well as power of course)

See datasheet:

It's injector:

For the V/I/W details: (taken from the datasheets)
AC Option: 100-277 Vac, 50/60 Hz
DC Option: 10 to 16 Vdc

The main datasheet does not indicate max. current, but based on the Power Injector, Max current is 1.43 Amps (of course allocate a power cable with higher current support) 3 Amps cable should suffice

AWG 18-16 should do it
