hreap AP tries to get an ip from connected switch's native vlan and try to join wlc.
hreap locally switched wlans require wlan to locally switched vlan id mapping on all hreap APs, you need to allow those vlans on the AP connected switch for local data switching. if you've 3 hreap locally switched wlans and you prefer to use one tagged vlan then allow that tagged vlan along with the native on the trunk.
