issue with wireless in cluster mode on WAP 321

Hi, I have tried to set up 5 X WAP 321 units in a cluster, all units setup ok, however only the first unit that I setup has an illuminated wifi light, so the other 4 units are not working. I have looked at the settings in the menu and it says the 4 units are inactive.

Any ideas please?

Hello peter0001111111,

I'm sorry that you're having problems with your access points, let me ask you the following:

  • Have you tried to set them up individually to see if the issue persist?
  • If you connect a wireless device (i.e. a laptop) to the first AP that does have wireless working properly, are you able to access/ping the other access points' IP addresses?
  • Please verify that you're running the latest firmware for your AP (1.0.6.2) if not, please download it from the following link: https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=284152656&softwareid=282463166&release=1.0.6.2

Please let us know your results so we can determine the next step.

Have a great day!
