performance wap321

Hi

I would like to know how I can make sure I am getting the best performance out of my WAP321 access points. I have 3 in the ceiling on one floor and they are set to single point setup on all 3. is there a program I can use that will show me if my speeds are correct or is there a best practices for setting up the devices?
