QuickVPN cannot connect to WRVS4400N

I have installed and configured an WRVS400N router.

Added some users in the 'VPN Client Account' section and export the client certificate.

Then installed the QuickVPN client on a Windows 7 64-bit computer and put the client certificate in the install dir: C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Small Business\QuickVPN Client as WRVS4400N_Client.pem.

Then i open the QuickVPN client and put in a profile name, username, password and IP adress.
Then click on 'Save' and 'Connect'.

But first still i get the messages: Server's certificate doesn't exist on your local computer. Do you want to quit thius connection?

I put 'NO'.

The client says: Connecting...

After a few seconds:

Failed to establish a connection.

This could be caused by one of the following:

1. Incorrect password.

2. No valid IP for the network card.

3. Incorrect server adress.

4. Windows Vista/Windows7 with Firewall disabled, which disabled IPCes services.

5. Local IP adress conflicts with the subnet of remote VPN Server.

1. Double checked, but username and password are correct.

2. There is a valid IP adress for the netword card.

3. Got the correct IP, becaus i can also remote login on the webGUI with that IP.

4. Checked the IKE services, that is running.

5. Local i'm on subnet 192.168.1.x, remote is on subnet 192.168.123.x.

Two things are going on...

I have save the certificate in the install dir, but looks like it is not recognize it and the connection will not established.

The WRVS4400N is behind a firewall and open for sure the following ports:

500 - UDP

4500 - UDP

10000 - UDP

1723 - UDP

443 - UDP

60443 - UDP

Don't know what to do next?
