WAP 150 ACL setup

I can't get the ACL to work on my WAP 150.

Even if i just add a permit all on the ACL it still dosnt even let me get an IP address.

Any ideas to what i might be doing wrong?

I came here for the support I had the money to get the support from cisco why would  I end up here ??
