I have a number of WAP121 access points and have started to experience a problem with MacBook Pro (2016) MacOS Sierra failing to reconnect after inactivity.
Apple Wireless Diagnosis suggests that I have conflicting country codes. I'm in the UK and when running /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Apple80211.framework/Versions/Current/Resources/airport -s I see:

All WAP131s have a country code of DE when it should be GB. But, when I option-click WiFi icon the country code for the current connection is GB.
So, I have a few questions:
Can I change the country code on WAP121? If so, how?
Are there other tools (non-Mac) I can use to check the country code of wireless networks? I don't seem to be alone with this issue and I want to establish if the problem is with Apple's latest OS or with the Cisco access point.
With the latest release of firmware for the WAP 561, 551, 371, 351 a new
feature was added that would allow customers to upgrade the firmware for
their clustered access points from the main access point. The basic steps
to accomplish this is:1) Download th...
Special thanks to Alex McDonald for sharing his favorite tip:My favorite
tip is the ‘write default’ command on autonomous wireless access points,
it simplifies manual conversion of a WAP with a static ip address to a
LAP with a DHCP address.This saved a l...
