WAP321 and Radius authetication

Dear Andres,

Thank you for reaching the Small Business Support Center.

I would first suggest you to make sure there is IP connectivity to the RADIUS server from the hosts needing to authenticate, second I suggest you to check on the firewall settings on your Layer3 devices on the way and make sure UDP 1812 and 1813 are opened.

Just to double check on the WAP321 RADIUS configuration settings I suggest you to look at chapter 6 of the admin guide;

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/access_point/csbap/wap121/administration/guide/WAP121_321_AG_en.pdf

Please do not hesitate to reach me back if there is any further assistance I may help you with.

Kind regards,
