WAP321 Connection Issues

Our WAP321 was working fine for about a month when suddenly no one could connect, this is using Radius and NPS, below is what's logged within the logs of the WAP321 web gui:

Aug 9 2013 05:07:58  info  hostapd[1120]  wlan0: IEEE 802.11 STA "mac_address" deauthed from BSSID "mac_address" reason 1: Unspecified Reason   

Aug 9 2013 05:07:40  info  hostapd[1120]  wlan0: IEEE 802.11 STA "mac_address" associated with BSSID "mac_address"   

Aug 9 2013 05:07:40  info  hostapd[1120]  wlan0: IEEE 802.11 Assoc request from "mac_address" BSSID "mac_address" SSID "SSID" Aug 9 2013 05:07:58  info  hostapd[1120]  wlan0: IEEE 802.11 STA "mac_address" deauthed from BSSID "mac_address" reason 1: Unspecified Reason   
Aug 9 2013 05:07:40  info  hostapd[1120]  wlan0: IEEE 802.11 STA "mac_address" associated with BSSID "mac_address"

I would have more from the Radius logs but it seems the connection attempts and errors don't make it that far, the last recorded event was on the day it last worked.

I have upgraded the firmware to 1.0.4.2. but that did not help.

WAP321 Connection Issues

Dear Scott,

Thank you for reaching Small Business Support Community.

The logs pretty much say the WAP321 client has been deauthenticated from SSID. Since it was working fine for some time, you have already upgraded to the latest firmware release version, and RADIUS config has not been changed I hope and it is reachable, I suggest you to reset the AP to factory conditions and re-configure from scratch;

Administration > Reboot, Reboot to Factory Default
