Hello to All,

customer needs to know the following:

1. can this device handle guest user access levels ?

2. is there a log file available where the admin can see which users are just logged in ?

3. is it possible to use a blacklist ?

Hi Walter, thank you for using our forum, my name is Luis I am part of the Small business Support community.

Please read the following answers,

1.       If I understand well your question you referred to Users account to manage the device, if I am right, this feature is not able for this equipment, but the WAP321 can handle this feature to provide access to manage the device or just read to a specific user.

2.       The WAP4410N is able to log Unauthorized Login Attempts, Authorized Login. You can configure it in administration section

3.       About the Blacklist you could create an access list in the Layer 3 device in order to provide access or restrict it.
