The client gets such an IP Address when it is unable to get an IP Address from DHCP Server.
Check with some other device, if the problem persists, check your DHCP server settings.

My name Eric Moyers. I am an Engineer in the Small Business Support Center.
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
Reboot your Access Point and see if it starts giving the correct IP again. If it does check your syslogs and see if you are getting any unusual messages.
If this does not improve your issue, please call our support center and open a case so that one of our engineers can work directly with you.
