Wireless-N Access Point WAP4400N

I had been using a Linksys Wireless-N Router WRT350N with a Linksys Wireless-N Access Point WAP4400N.  The router quit working so I upgraded to a Linksys Wireless-N Router E1550.  The problem is, the new router doesn't sync with the old access point.

Does anyone have any idea how to setup the Access Point to sync with the new router?

Thank you very much for the help

Errol

Hi, My name is Eric Moyers. I am a Network Support Engineer in the Cisco Small Business Support Center. Thank you for using the Cisco Community Post Forums.

How are you trying to use the AP and Router together? If you are trying to snyc up the AP to the Router wirelessly, chances are it may not work. Sometimes routers are not constructed to allow the signal to be repeated. You should check with the Consumer Support Center. You can reach them here - 1-800-326-7114
