Smart Call Home is a service capability that is provided as part of Cisco’s SMARTnet, Smart Net Total Care, Service Provider, and Partner Support Service (PSS). To enable SCH on a spcific device then the device needs to be covered by an active Cisco contract, of one of these service types. Details on how SCH is set up can be found in the online Deployment Guide. There is no service fee.
