SCH-Notification Message: Company information update - User Attention Required

Does anyone know what to do with this recurring and random message?  My customer is receiving this frequently and randonmly with no instructions.  Thanks.

SCH-Notification Message: Company information update - User Atte

You are receiving these messages because of the following two reasons:

1.     Some administrator has registered your CCO ID as an administrator on
Smart Call Home for your company name.
2.     Some administrator has used you CCO ID e-mail address to register a
device with Smart Call Home.

If a device has an issue trying to register, then you will receive this email during that period.
