Do all users receive Alert notifications? Is there a way to suppress them if we receive too many messages?

Alerts are sent only to the Customer Administrator. If the Customer Administrator feels that he/she is receiving too many messages then the Customer Administrator can log in to disable them.
Alert notification can be disabled by following the below procedure:
1. Customer administrator should log into the Smart Net Total Care portal and select the Preferences icon.
2. In the Preferences, select (or “deselect) the Alert Notification option.
3. Click Apply.
4. This will disable the alert notification for the administrator.
