Hi,
I was recently invited by an existing company administrator to be an additional 'Company Administrator' for SNTC. Despite being invited and receiving the invite email - I can not log in.
Attempt to access https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices fail with a redirect to a page stating 'You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection'. If I follow the suggested link to 'Register for portal access' I reach a Cisco page that states 'It appears you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal' - which redirects in a circular loop back to the error page above.
Could there be an issue with my profile or some other issue preventing access?

Update: I can now successfully access SNTC. Not sure what changed - but working just fine.
