Cisco CSPC collector version 2.7 upgrade

Hi there I had a CSPC Collector running version 2.4, I updated to version 2.7 via cli, since then I am not being able to access it via GUI. When I had version 2.4 I was able to login to the GUI Collector interface with no issues.  heres: a lillte more info.

-Collector is installed on a UCS 220 M3 Appliance

Upgrade procedure via cli

used the command  check update

download the sp-30.0.0-0-0-lnx64 image

apply sp-30.0.0-0-0-lnx64 image

Up to this point I couldn´t log in to gui of the collector via https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8001

if I do a telnet to the Ip via 8001 port, it opens

telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 8001

Since gui didn´t work  I download the sp-30.0.2-0-0-lnx64 image via cli

apply sp-30.0.2-0-0-lnx64

if I do a show version -b i get the following output:

admin# show version -d
Build-name : Collection Platform Software 2.7.2

Package-type : ServicePack
Version : sp-30.0.2-0-0-lnx64
Component : CSPC Base

Component : AdminShell
Version : 1.5
Component : Hardened CentOS
Version : 6.8 patch#0
Component : CASP

Any guidance would be appreciated

Hi User,

What error are you getting and what login credential have you tried to login to GUI?

Thanks,

Supriya

Im using my cisco CCO and password, to double check the password, I test it on the cisco.com webpage, and access it with no issues.

The error says wrong username or password. Please check your credentials

Hi Francisco,

Please send me screenshot of the GUI page where you enter your credential. That will give us more idea on the issue.

Thanks,

Supriya

I´m starting an upgrade to 2.7 via CLI, thanks
