Collected Cisco devices vs. devices in SNTC Portal
We are running auto-discovery via CSPC. How do we know if all the cisco devices we have discovered in the CSPC collector are getting uploaded to the SNTC portal? Currently we have 254 more Cisco devices in the CSP Collector then we do in the SNTC portal.
Sometimes we do have a few items that may not make it to the portal. In such circumstances, the first step would be to check either the Inventory Insight Report or the upload processing report. The Inventory Insight Report provides details about why an item did not make it into the reports in the Smart Net Total Care portal (for example,Contract or Alert reports). While this report is quite similar to the Upload Processing Report, in terms of how it categorizes items processed during an upload, the Inventory Insight Report can include items collected from numerous inventories, and potentially from multiple collectors or imported files.
