Customer cannot grant CBR access via CSAM

I have a customer that cannot provide us CBR access via the CSAM tool. The option is "gray out". The customer cannot select any user options. I have the CCO ID information ready. Please PM asap.

Please share the details of Customer DA CCO ID, Partner CCO ID and Contract# between partner company and customer company.

The CBR role option should now be enabled.

Please ask Customer DA to proceed with CBR role assignment and let me know if there are any issues further.
