Portal Upload Processing Issue

If you are using the “Latest View” setting for report preferences, uploads processed since the 4.7.2 portal software release on June 8, 2018 may show most of your devices as “Not Recognized”. Cisco engineering is working to resolve this issue. We will update you on the status in this banner as we have more information.

In the interim you can minimize the issue by using the “Comprehensive View” setting in Application Settings

Need to add customer user to the portal

Hi,

I am the DA for my company and I am trying to add customer user to access the SNTC to view their inventory.

I added the user and associated to my company in Cisco services management tool and I see its approved but I don't see the new user in the SNTC portal . Also when I try logging to the SNTC with the customer user credentials ,it says looks like you have access to SNTC and you will be redirected in 10s but it goes back to the home page.

Please help

Please private message me with CCOID that you are trying to use to login to SNTC portal and redirecting you. Please share the screenshot as well of the page that you see.
