I am the DA for my company and I am trying to add customer user to access the SNTC to view their inventory.
I added the user and associated to my company in Cisco services management tool and I see its approved but I don't see the new user in the SNTC portal . Also when I try logging to the SNTC with the customer user credentials ,it says looks like you have access to SNTC and you will be redirected in 10s but it goes back to the home page.
