This customer is trying the onboarding process to get SNTC Portal instance but it has been redirecting to another company BRADESCO SA instead of ELO SERVICOS SA. They are not able to talk to the Bradesco DA because he is from another company.
Please share the CCO ID of the customer, Contract and Serial Number used during self registration.
