Wireless IP Phone broken screen - Is it covered with a SNT contract?

Hi,

 

I have a customer with a wireless IP Phone (CISCO 7925) broken screen - Is it covered under a SNT contract?

Hi Luis,

 

Broken screens are not covered under SNT contracts.  However, it is possible to get the screen covered under the Accidental Damage Protection service (EWC contract type); Cisco provides a one-time only replacement if the screen was cracked as a result of an accident.
