Avaya 1616 enblock on communication manager 5.0

Hello!

We have few Avaya 1616 in our office.

Earlier we used avaya IP office, but right now we started to use Communication Manager 5.0.

We can't find any manual how to configure 'En-block Dial' setting for Avaya's phones.

Can you please help to find this information?
