blocking of network

I have one cisco SG500-52P 52 ports PoE.

This have one problem because network blocking in periods nonrecurring, in ocassions after of restart the switch repeat the blocking.

I Checked the temperature but is normal, and the log not have errors registred.

We used this Switch with Phones PoE GrandStream and have in use 20 ports.

Can you describe detail your problem? Just on one port or all of port?

are all port, I take one print paint of log, but I not see an error that says me because the network has fallen
