Flash accidentally removed (3750G)

Hello all, Hope you all are fine

I was working to upgrade with web base dev manager , accidentally I removed flash . I am trying to copy flash on it , but after completion it doesn't show any flash in it . Pl help

Use the command "delete /f /r flash:update" to delete the "update" subdirectory.  

After the subdirectory is erased, run the "archive download-sw" again.  

IMPORTANT:  Make sure to compare the MD5 hash value of the TAR file downloaded from The Cisco website against the MD5 hash value found in the Cisco website.  The MD5 hash values must match or the file is corrupt.

I wanna upgrade the switch version to a web view version, pl see the error

after upgrading a .tar file I still cant access web, getting 404 error
