TWO ISP Providers with specific remote access over one interface ASA 5510

Hi, I have the following with two ISP

ASA 5510 Version 8.2(5)

Interface1 -> LAN 2 LAN VPN

Interface 2 -> All INTERNET Traffic Except VPN Traffic

Now I need to provide external access to a local server over  x port using Interface 1 (because it has a fixed IP) , but the problem is that I am not able to return from the server using the Interface 1, due to always is using the interface 2. I am new to ASA configuration, so any help will be appreciated.

I have static NAT Rule from the Server to the Remote IP address using the Interface 2, but something is wrong with my configuration.

Also, I have two fixed IP (One for the server and the other for the CISCO interface)

Thanks
