DCM D900 Getting error message " Cannot get aconfig.txt or bconfig.txt from target"

Hello Cisco Team,

DCM(D9900 Digital Content Manager) not detect in Upgrade It tool.

Getting error message " Cannot get aconfig.txt or bconfig.txt from target"

Find the attachment from clarification.

Pls do the needful asap.

This happens if your computer cannot FTP to the DCM. The Upgrade-It tool uses FTP to communicate with the DCM. Right-click on the DCM in Upgrade-It tool and check the Current User setting. The user listed (guest) should be enabled for FTP on DCM OS account page. Also, check if you can FTP to DCM using the 'guest' account, with any FTP client.

I can creat guest account but not any success ..
