I have some Scientific-Atlanta PowerVu D9850 receivers that I am troubleshooting and I cannot figure them out. Once the system is plugged in, it will start and go through various bootup screens. After getting to the "Application Starting" screen, the system reboots over and over and over. It will NOT go to the menu screen. I have about 50 of these and I can tell you that 10 of them are doing the same thing.
I've Googled the heck out of this and I cannot find a fix.
Does anyone here have any ideas?
