I am happy to report that we have brought back the Bitswapping Tool based on your feedback. We have published it on the web in the form of a downloadable .exe that allows you to use the bitswapping tool on your desktop.
I understand that this does not meet everyone's needs and we are working on getting the tool back on the web where you can use it without having to download a .exe. I will keep this thread abreast on our progress. We anticipate it will be done within 30 days.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and hope that this is a step in the right direction.
