cannot create a vsan database on 7k switch

hello,

I have tried a few things, but im still at a loss. i cannont create a vsan database on my 7k switch. i go into config and try and it errors out.

any ideas?

Hi Howard,

The reason you can not create becasue you do not have the FCOE licenses for F2 cards installed in the system. You can use a grace license period which is for 120 days by installing the FCOE featureset and enabling the FCOE feature.

After the 120 days, the feature will get disabled if a valid license is not installed and all the related configuration will be removed from the system.
