Cisco 9124 cold boot

Hello,

We have an old version of 9124 switch which we are using it as edge switch. It rebooted last week and generated an alert saying cold_boot. Any idea why this is happened ?

Cisco 9124 cold boot

Hi,

It would best to gather a show tech detail and open a TAC Service Request to investigate

the version code, switch logs to check if the switch hit any specific defect that triggered the reset.
