ISSU upgrade fails cisco nexus 7018 switch

Hi Experts ,

 

We are trying to upgrade our nexus switch from 5.2(4) to 6.2(2a) through upgrade procedure. While installing the image we are getting the below error ,

Notifying services about system upgrade.

NX7 SUP Ver 3.22.0

Total mem found : 8192 MB
Performing memory test... Passed.
NumCpus = 2.....

And the active supervisor engine reloads automatically and the failover is happening.And below is the show system reset commnad output

 

  Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
  System version: 5.2(4)
  Service: aclmgr hap reset 

There is no active config session , no stp changes , no inactive acl config , but still it fails. We have one more standby nexus switch with same model and Image . There, the upgrade was successful.

 

Please let me know if there are any clues on this.

I'm having the same issue with a Nexus 7009, from 6.1(1) to 6.2(8)b with dual supervisors.

Secondary Nexus went fine and then the primary gave me the same crash and was not possible to upgrade it.
