logics_fabric does not exist error massage occured when i connect MDS using FMS 5.0.1a

After i connect MDS using FMS 5.0.1a and then when i try to discover MDS, occured error massage "logics_fabric does not exist"

i can't connect MDS

Was it working at some point?  Is there connectivity between the server running FM and the fabric?  You may just delete the fabric and re-discover it, I have not ran into this issue.
